Returns & Refunds

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we have a specialized returns and refund policy designed to be fair to you while accounting for the nature of flowers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged arrangement or the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 3–5 days when cared for properly. If flowers begin wilting significantly within this period, please contact us with photos and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled delivery: full refund
- Cancellations made within 6 hours of delivery: 50% refund
- Same-day cancellations after the order has been prepared: no refund
Non-Returnable Items
Fresh flowers, gift items (chocolates, cards, stuffed toys) that have been delivered cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
